To provide additional context to your items and simplify navigation, you can add custom thumbnails to your content items. These thumbnails might be created from any image files on your machine. You can also create thumbnails from the image files that can be found in your repository.
There are two types of thumbnails in WebFOCUS:
To refine a search for content within a workspace or folder in your repository, you can assign tags to content items. These tags provide additional search criteria that you can use to identify related content items quickly. Tags are turned off by default and display as a column in the list view.

Source Control allows you to sync items in your WebFOCUS workspace with the remote repository and enable multiple users to make updates simultaneously without conflicts.
To place the workspace under the source control management, make sure you have access to a remote repository. In this example we will be using GitHub.

You can apply source control management to files and folders in your WebFOCUS repository, enabling multiple users to make updates simultaneously without conflicts. When you apply the source control feature to a workspace and connect to a source control repository, such as GitHub, you can store, synch, and safely backup all changes made to your content.
The WebFOCUS Home Page is optimized for viewing on mobile devices. It automatically adjusts to a smaller screen or browser width. Additionally, there are several interface and functionality changes that occur when you switch from the full view to the mobile view, allowing you to view the content saved in your environment.
In a cloud trial environment, you can invite other users to join the WebFOCUS trial. Once the invitation is sent, the invited user can follow the prompts in the invitation email, finalize their own registration, and sign in to the WebFOCUS cloud trial environment.

In this video, you will learn how to configure the Getting Started carousel to point to a different workspace in your Repository. Sign in to WebFOCUS as an Administrator. In the Workspaces view, create a workspace that you want to display in place of the Getting Started carousel and populate it with content. Check the name of the new workspace in Properties. In the banner menu, click Settings and then click Administration console. In the Administration console, under Application Settings, click BI Portal.
