To convert V3 portals to V4 portals, run the following utility:

For Windows platforms: portalV3toV4conversion.bat
For Unix/Linux platforms: portalV3toV4conversion.sh

The utility is located in the following WebFOCUS folder:

\ibi\WebFOCUS82\utilities\bip
