Problem

The Reporting Server Web Console Agent Display page does not show any activity for work being done.

Solution

The Data Service's agent_refresh was set to a value of 1 which kills the agent after it is used. As a result, there is no information to display on the console once the agent is gone.

Using a higher agent_refresh value will keep the agent around longer and it will display past usage on the agent display. The customer set the agent_refresh to the default value of 100 to address this issue.
