Problem

Unable to open some of the technical documentation from Tech Support in a Chrome browser.

Solution

Here are the steps to address this issue:

Open the settings in the Chrome browser.
Type PDF and go to Site settings.

Scroll down and select PDF documents.
Select Enable option.
Access the Technical Support page. The page will be downloaded.
Access Site Settings and select Disable option.
Access the Technical Support page again. It should successfully open.
If this step fails, follow the steps at PDF Viewer before accessing the Technical Support page again.
