Symptom

Reporting Server Error: Server console error

Problem

The user receives the error message above while running an application.

Solution

The Reporting Server agent is aborting due to a failure reading the FOCUS DB as seen with the following errors in the edaprint.log:

ERROR READING usagetrack, PAGE 1, CODE 0x0000bbbb
...
error in nwloop: local fatal error
...
(EDA60002) agent from DEFAULT service aborted

The FOCUS DB file has grown too large and was likely corrupt. Recreating this file resolved the issue.
