java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: net.jpountz.lz4.LZ4Factory

Problem

The user is unable to generate or deploy a project bundle resulting in the error message above.

Solution

This issue occurred because of a corrupted SVN jar file.

To address this issue,

Un-install the SVN server (version 4.31).
Installed SVN server version 3.9.1 with SVN jar 1.8.11. Always avoid using jar 1.10.
Downgrade the SVN version, but the jar version should be version 1.8.11.

In this case, when uploading the jar file to the server, the file was corrupted requiring us to re-uploaded the file.
