Problem

Users are not connecting to the Reporting Server as the correct role.

Solution

The Access Control parameter group_profile is set to primary by default. This takes the first group that is returned by the LDAP Security Provider (the list is alphabetized). This setting should be set to all so that every group is considered. Setting the Access Control parameter to all resolved the issue.
