Problem

Users cannot access the DataMigrator Server's Web Console.

Solution

All agents for the WC_DEFAULT Data Service were in use so attempts to connect had to wait for one to become available.

Increasing the MAXIMUM value for the WC_DEFAULT Data Service will address this.
