Testing the Portal User Experience
Before you can announce availability of the portal for general use, you must first ensure that the appropriate theme and logo are assigned to the portal for users from each tenant group.
How to Test the Portal User Experience
For each tenant group:
- Sign in as a test user from each tenant group and run the portal.
- Ensure that the logo, styling, and tenant-specific pages are appropriate.
- Ensure that common pages are available and conform to tenant-specific styling.
- If you encounter unexpected results, review the portal and tenant workspace configurations to ensure that your configuration conforms to the shared portal design.
