Searching Content (8207.28)

TIBCO WebFOCUS provides an intuitive search functionality that allows you to quickly access content across the repository. Using a text bar found in the Home, Portals, and Workspaces areas of your WebFOCUS start page, you can enter a search term to quickly display all content items that match that term. The interactive search engine updates the suggestions as you type, so you can find the desired item fast.

Creating New Workspaces and Folders (8207.28)

Your WebFOCUS start page is the central location for all WebFOCUS tasks. Setting it up in a way that is convenient, secure, and efficient helps you get the most out of your work. The Workspaces area opens the content section and provides access to the available workspaces. Workspaces and folders that are located in the Resources tree organize all of your content items. Authorized users can create additional workspaces or folders, as well as customize the default structure of their view.

Signing in to TIBCO WebFOCUS

You can launch WebFOCUS from any web browser, using the address created during the installation. The sign-in page and default start page may be different depending on the configuration requirements of your organization.

Navigating TIBCO WebFOCUS | Overview

When you first sign in to TIBCO WebFOCUS, the start page opens. It serves as a centralized place for working with your data, creating, organizing, and sharing content, scheduling reports and procedures, and performing client and server administrative tasks. These functions are controlled by the permissions that are assigned to the role of a user.
