Video: How to Plot Geometric Lines on an Esri Map

Hello, and welcome to this App Studio video on plotting lines on an Esri map, which allows you to show movement such as routes or transmission lines.

In this example, we are using a CSV file that contains Citibike trip data for the New York area, including bike ID, trip duration, start station points and end station points, and their latitudes and longitudes. But to plot a line on a map, we need geometry lines.

Video: How to Customize Point Clusters on Esri Maps

Turning the Clustering layer visualization on for a point map combines multiple points into one symbol, with default class breaks, colors, and sizes. You can style the clusters by changing the default colors, sizes, and class breaks.

The default clusters are broken into three classes.

1. Class 1 clusters 0 to 10 points using a 20px diameter symbol with blue fill.

2. Class 2 clusters 11 to 200 points using a 35px diameter symbol with green fill.

3. Class 3 clusters more than 200 points using a 60px diameter symbol with red fill.

Creating Reports in WebFOCUS Designer

Available as a Technical Preview, you can use WebFOCUS Designer to create reports. Reports allow you to communicate information at a high level of detail using a familiar tabular format. You can save and share reports, add saved reports to pages, or edit existing reports created in WebFOCUS Designer. The Technical Preview provides basic reporting functionality within the easy to use Designer interface.

Automatically Advancing Slides in a Carousel Container

Using a carousel container is one way to put multiple charts, reports, and other content items into a single container. Carousel containers include an unobtrusive control that allows users to cycle through the items added to it, as shown in the following image.

Unlike tabbed or accordion containers, carousel containers also include the option to autoplay the content within them, allowing you to show all of the content in the carousel container without requiring user interaction.

Video: How to Configure a Custom WebFOCUS Home Page

Hello. In this video we would like to show the Redirect /ibi_apps setting and the set of options it contains that allow administrators to configure where they want to direct users when they sign into WebFOCUS.
The location defined in these options applies to all users, regardless of whether they sign into WebFOCUS from the main sign-in page, a custom sign-in page, or the sign-in page of a pre-authentication provider.
The WebFOCUS Home Page contains many new features and uses a modern design that works well on desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Adding Panels to a Responsive Container

You can utilize responsive panel in panel behavior by adding items to a panel group. When you run the page, top-level containers in the page, including the panel group, fold responsively based on the size of the browser, and the panels within the panel group fold based on its current size, independent of the rest of the page. Additionally, items in the panel group are kept together when folding occurs. A panel group can be a good way to group together closely related content that you want to be visually separated from the other items on the page.

Video: How to Run a Selected File From an HTML Page

Parameterized content is a great way to give users access to the information that is most relevant for them. Sometimes, however, you may want to make multiple different files available for selection, such as when they use different data sources, show different fields, or use different styling. You can do that by creating a control that lists procedures or HTML files, and then using the Run Procedures/HTML From Control request option.
